These terms govern your use of Gibraltar’s applications, website, and subscription services.

Using Gibraltar

You may use Gibraltar only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid a future charge. Taxes may apply.

Free trial

From time to time we may offer a free trial. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Unless otherwise stated, trials are available only to new subscribers.

Security limitations

Gibraltar reduces exposure to known threats but cannot guarantee that every threat will be detected or that every connection will be secure. It is not a substitute for software updates, strong authentication, and good security practices.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service, evade access controls, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Gibraltar to harm others.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Gibraltar is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid during the prior twelve months. We may update these terms and will post material changes here.
